Warranty Policy


We value you, we believe in total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 100 days.

Quality Guarantee Policy

tomtoc is dedicated to providing quality products which can simplify your digital life. Every product is quality tested. Our quality guarantee applies only when products have been put to the use intended by tomtoc and specifically excludes defects from misuse, use beyond a product's intended purpose or coincidental or consequential damage. This warranty specifically excludes damages to items stored or carried in tomtoc products.

Shipping Fee

tomtoc will pay for the shipping fee if the damage is accrued within 12 months since the customer placed the order.


The customer will need to pay for the shipping fee in below circumstances,
- Damage occur after 12 moths since the order is placed 
- Return products without any quality problems
- Damage occurred by customer improper use or clean

Guarantee Durations by product type

Normally our warranty only contains 1-year for all tomtoc products. You can acquire below warranty by registering our website.

tomtoc guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 100 days of the purchase date for a refund. Return items must be in perfect, un-used condition with all original tags. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped.


Factory Orders, Special Layouts (SPLOs) and Made to Order items are non-returnable and will be identified as such at time of sale.


Refunds are credited using the same form of payment used for the original purchase.


Return processing normally takes 7-10 business days to complete upon return receipt. No credit will be issued for incomplete, damaged or installed product returns. Currently, tomtoc is unable to return shipping fees.


If you ordered a custom-made product from tomtoc, we're sorry that we cannot offer you a return. Although we think that your bag is beautiful, we cannot take it back. All sales are final on custom-made bags. No returns or exchanges.

Quality Guarantee Claims

In case of a defective product, we will if reasonably possible repair or replace it at no additional costs to you. In the event such a repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, we will provide you with a partial (if you decide to retain the defective product) or full refund (upon return of the defective product to tomtoc).
